Jodi York-Caraballo – President, Treasurer

Jodi York-Caraballo is a Mortgage Consultant with Network Mortgage, LLC. She began her mortgage career in 1985, and over the past several years, Jodi has dealt with every aspect of the mortgage industry. Not only a Mortgage Originator, Jodi has extensive years experience as a head of a closing team, and was the Regional Manager for Quality Control for a nationwide lender. As an originator, Jodi has proven that customer service is the key to success by training and managing successful origination teams.

Kevin Iverson – Secretary

Kevin Iverson currently is President and owner of Reed Mortgage Corporation and Co-Founder and President/Secretary of Upfront Mortgage Broker Association - USA’s first UpFront Mortgage Broker. With 34 years of experience in mortgage lending industry - including his position as former President and Director of Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association - Kevin brings his expertise and guidance to UMBA.
