Broker Fees: $1,695 Flat Fee regardless of loan. We also provide options for the lender to cover our fee. DON'T PAY MORE JUST BECAUSE YOU BORROW MORE!

Lender Fees: Standard

Appraisal Fee: Standard

Yield Spread Premium: YSP is always disclosed. Borrowers can also pay additional points directly to the lender to buy down the interest rate for long term savings as desired.
