Third Party Fees
|
Each file is priced on a case-by-case basis. Accurate Good Faith Estimates are supplied at the outset.

Broker Fees
|
Broker Fees: We have a standard processing fee of $450 in addition to the agreed upon broker fee for the loan.
Origination Fee: Florida Mortgage Brokers can not charge origination fees.
Processing Fee: As above: $450
Lender Fees: Specific lender fees are passed on to the client without any additions.
Appraisal Fee: Paid by the client directly to the independent appraiser.
Yield Spread Premium: If a yield spread premium is to be paid by the lender to the broker on a loan it will be fully disclosed to the client up front.
